Look after customers without sitting at a computer.
What BigC is
BigC is an Android app of its own alongside Ovemio — for you, not for your customers. It shows customers, licences, messages and error reports and lets you help while out and about.
Its own package, its own data. BigC runs alongside Ovemio on the same device without getting in its way.
Download it from ovemio.com/app/BigC.apk and install it just like any other APK.
Signing in
With the same credentials as in the portal, including the two-factor code. Nothing works here without it either.
The sections
| Overview | Figures at a glance: customers, running licences, what expires soon, unread messages. |

| Licences | Create, block, release, change a note. |
| Messages | The support chat. Replies appear in the customer's app immediately. |
| All | Broadcast to all customers. |
| Reports | What customers have sent via “Report an app bug”. |
| Remote maintenance | Look at a customer's device — see below. |
| Apps | Which version is installed and whether an update is waiting. |
Remote maintenance
The customer opens Settings → Support → Remote maintenance in their app and reads out the code shown. With it you see their state and can help without them having to install anything.
The code expires and is valid for this one session only. Unless the customer reads it out, nobody gets onto their device — you included.
